Parking at Shutdown Festival

To park with the Parkster app, all you need is the free app from your Google Play Store or Apple Store.

When purchasing the parking ticket via the Parkster app by the day before the festival (including 08.08.2025): €15
When purchasing the parking ticket via the Parkster app on the festival day (09.08.2025): €20

If payment is not made, a contractual penalty of €75 plus the parking fee will apply.

Open the Parkster app. Search for the parking lot either by selecting “Nearby” or entering the zone code “11123” in the search field.

The app will display the zone code with the parking lot name “Shutdown Festival.” Click on it, and you will see all the important information about parking in this zone.

If you don’t have a parking ticket yet, please follow these steps:

– Open the Parkster App and search for Shutdown Festival (Zone Code 11123)
– Click on “Buy – Shutdown Parkster Ticket.”
– Increase the quantity to 1 ticket.
– Click on “Add Vehicle and Purchase Parking Ticket.”
– Choose a payment method.
– When creating an account, there will be no additional costs. For express parking, an additional €0.50 fee applies.
– Enter your license plate number and follow the payment steps until the purchase is complete.

The license plate of the car you use to park at Shutdown Festival must match the license plate you entered in the Parkster app.

If you arrive with a different car, you need to change the vehicle in the Parkster app by going to the parking ticket “Shutdown Festival,” selecting it, and then clicking on “Change Vehicle.” Enter your new vehicle’s license plate and confirm the change by clicking “Add New Vehicle.”

If you forgot to pay the parking fees in advance or on-site, you can still do so without additional charges until Monday, August 11, 2025.
After that, a contractual penalty of €75 will apply.

Outstanding amounts – including unpaid parking fees and the contractual penalty – will then be collected by a debt collection agency.
