All you need to know about the cancellation of SD20

SD20 cancelled - what to do with my SD20 ticket?

Due to the cancellation of the SD21, it was possible to exchange your SD20 ticket for an SD21 ticket free of charge until 13th August 2020, 23:59 CEST.

You swapped your ticket into an SD21 ticket, but you still did no receive the ticket by e-mail? Please check your spam folder. If you cannot find an e-mail there either, you can get your swapped SD21 tickets sent to you via this link.

Did you swap more tickets in several orders? Click here and insert the e-mail address you ordered with, to get all your swapped #SD21 tickets. Please check your spam folder.

You forgot to swap a ticket?
Ticket Swap is no longer possible. You can still get a refund for SD20 tickets that were not swapped (SD20 Ticket Refund). However, in case of a refund, a new ticket must be ordered for 2021, as all 2020 tickets are invalid.

Of course it is still possible to get a refund of the ticket money due to the cancellation of the SD20. 

You will be refunded the ticket price (without service fees). The service fee was already paid once when you bought the tickets, the ticket price will be refunded without any additional fees. Thanks for your understanding! The refund will be made within 4 weeks in the same way as the payment made when buying the tickets.

Important: Only the purchaser can request a ticket refund or ticket exchange! So it is best to let the purchaser of your troop know so that he can fill out the form. Order number and barcodes can be found in your order confirmation mail and on your tickets. If you can't find the order confirmation email anymore, you can have it resent to you via this link

If you have won your ticket, no refund is possible.

Please note that the ticket price is refunded without 6.5% service charge. If you have still received too little money, please contact our support team via our contact form and send following information. We will process your email as soon as possible and send you an overview. We are very keen to answer you as quick as possible, but we ask for your understanding

  • Case number
  • Order number
  • Full name of the purchaser
  • E-Mail address of the purchaser
  • Proof of payment

Of course it is still possible to get a refund of the ticket money after the cancellation of the SD20.

Important: You need the barcode of your ticket. After entering it, you can decide what you want to do with your ticket. If you have not yet received your ticket from your SD Ambassador, please contact him or her directly.

Please contact your bank directly if the bank account with which you paid for the tickets no longer exists, so that the refund can be accepted. If the payment is rejected the Paylogic support team will contact you.
