Simply log in with the credentials used for the order, and you’ll find an overview of your orders. Here, you can also personalize your tickets or resell them via the official resale platform.

Tickets Personalization

All personal tickets, such as festival passes, must be correctly personalized – meaning the ticket must be issued in your name. At the festival entrance, your ticket will be checked along with your ID.

HOW CAN I PERSONALIZE MY TICKET?
Once you purchase a ticket and the payment has been processed, you will receive an email with a link to personalize your ticket. Here, you can personalize your ticket, forward it to friends, and then download it.

To view or manage your orders, log in to the ticket shop. There, you can personalize, re-personalize, or resell tickets.

Re-Personalizing Tickets

You can re-personalize your ticket at any time by logging in again to the ticketshop.
Log in with the credentials used for the original order to view, re-personalize, or resell your tickets via the official resale platform.

Please note that re-personalizations or the resale of tickets can only be done by the primary purchaser of the order, and processing fees apply for each re-personalization.

Re-personalization is also possible on-site at the Ticketing Help Desk by presenting a valid photo ID and a letter of authorization from the original purchaser. Please note that higher fees may apply for re-personalization on-site.

Can I return my tickets?

We do not offer refunds for our tickets. If you are unable to attend the festival, you can resell your ticket through our official Resale Platform.

For a secure transaction and to ensure the validity of your ticket, we strongly recommend using only our official Resale Platform. We do not recommend third-party platforms.

Here is the link to our official Resale Platform: resale.shutdownfestival.at

Resale Plattform

If you are looking for sold-out Shutdown tickets or wish to resell your own, you can safely buy or sell tickets through the official Shutdown Resale Platform.

Only when purchasing through our official Resale Platform will the seller’s original ticket be deactivated, and the buyer will receive a new ticket with a unique barcode.

Due to the rise of ticket fraudsters, we strongly recommend never buying tickets through online marketplaces, social media comments, or third-party providers.

For organizational and technical reasons, the Resale Platform will be available until the start of ticket scanning at the Shutdown Festival.
